Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience operating and improving reliability of production systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with defining or working with SLOs/SLAs and error budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks for SLOs/SLAs and operational readiness.
• Identify gaps in metrics, logging, and tracing for observability.
• Develop and improve incident response practices.
