Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Head of Operations, Platform Product to join Payward Services. This role combines strategic consulting roots with deep operational leadership to run platform product operations for B2B2C offerings in a regulated US market.

You will own licensing and go‑to‑market readiness, coordinate cross‑functional programs with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering, and serve as the functional operating lead for US regulated entities.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into operational execution in fintech or crypto.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional programs with limited authority.
• Exposure to US regulatory and licensing processes for financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs).
• Gate go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements and build scalable processes.
• Drive cross‑functional programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations for US regulated entities, licensing maintenance, risk and reporting.
