World WideTechnology seeks a Platform Product Manager to own a designated business platform, translating stakeholder needs into technology solutions and driving measurable business value. You will lead analysts and product owners, align roadmaps with goals, and ensure operational excellence across platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver platform enhancements, prioritize features, and maintain high availability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in product or platform management with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex technology platforms.
• Understanding of platform architecture, SDLC, and technology integration.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and cloud or enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of operational excellence including incident and change management.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of analysts or product owners.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and business teams.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other departments.
