Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will define the what and why, align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results, and ensure capabilities fit payer workflows and HIPAA requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS product management, a strong PM foundation, and familiarity with APIs, data modeling, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment; responsible for bringing capabilities to market.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across lifecycle.
• Become SME on how health plans operate and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by needs of internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
