Описание:

Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system. It provides liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities to fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

Задачи:

• Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products, including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering on execution, and drive products from concept through launch and iteration
• Investigate product flows, identify issues and scaling needs, and determine what is required to bring products to market in a regulated environment
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to turn roadmap priorities into shipped products
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to incorporate regulatory requirements into product design and development
• Support operational functions tied to US regulated entities as needed to keep product work moving

Требования:

• Strong product management experience, including roadmap ownership and shipping B2B or B2B2C products
• Experience building or managing platform products, such as shared infrastructure, APIs, or internal client or partner models, in a B2B or B2B2C context
• Comfortable working through technical details with Engineering
• Experience building products in a regulated environment, at a financial institution, fintech, or similar, with a solid understanding of how regulation shapes product decisions
• Track record of driving complex cross-functional builds without formal authority
• Excellent communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners
• Working understanding of financial services, regulation, compliance, and money movement
