Вы будете проектировать и реализовывать надёжные Rust-сервисы, писать масштабируемый и безопасный код, сотрудничать в архитектуре распределённых систем и работать в продукт-ориентированной

Qualifications

• 3+ лет опыта в разработке ПО.
• Проficiencia в написании сетевых служб или асинхронного кода на Rust.
• Умение проектировать системы с упором на безопасность.
• Умение автономно искать и исправлять проблемы на уровне ОС, сети и стека приложений.
• Твердое понимание распределённых систем, RPC, Kafka и событийно-ориентированных систем.
• Умение работать с продуктовой командой для сбора требований и ограничений.
• Конечная ответственность за системы и библиотеки.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и реализация надёжных Rust-сервисов и библиотек для торговли, платежей и крипто-сервисов.
• Написание повторно используемого, тестируемого и масштабируемого кода, обеспечивающего безопасность и производительность.
• Сотрудничество над архитектурой распределённых систем и перевод требований в устойчивые, с низкой задержкой решения.
• Вклад в культуру высокой производительности инженерии вместе с Rust-инженерами.

Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system. It provides liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

Задачи:

• Design and implement reliable Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code that scales across teams and supports revenue-critical systems while maintaining safety and security
• Collaborate on distributed systems architecture and translate evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions
• Contribute to a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture alongside Rust engineers

Требования:

• 3+ Years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
• A security-first mindset in system design
• Ability to debug issues autonomously across the OS, network, and application stack
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems
• Ability to collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and constraints
• End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
