Job summary

Payward ищет опытного руководителя продукта для платежной платформы с фокусом на backend и клиентские интеграции. Ваша задача — сформировать стратегию развития и довести её до реализации совместно с инженерами и банковскими партнёрами.

Требуется 5+ лет в управлении продуктами, знание платежной экосистемы и опыт выпуска developer-facing продуктов (API/SDK). Ожидается работа с данными и ориентация на результат.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в управлении продуктами, желательно в инфраструктурном/платформенном контексте для внутренних команд или разработчиков.
• Знание платежной экосистемы: pay-ins/pay-outs, PSP, эквайеры, банковские рельсы и денежные потоки.
• Сильная техническая грамотность: умение читать RFC, оспаривать архитектурные решения и писать API-спецификации.
• Опыт выпуска продуктов для разработчиков: API, SDK или встроенные UI-компоненты.
• Четкие, структурированные навыки письма для документирования сложных систем.
• Умение управлять интересами с разными приоритетами и добиваться согласия без прямого полномочия.
• Умение ставить цели по данным и измерять внедрение и эффективность платформы.

Responsibilities

• Формировать видение продукта и дорожную карту платежной платформы Payward, включая backend и клиентские поверхности интеграции.
• Сопоставлять требования внутренних клиентов и развивать дорожную карту сервиса.
• Сотрудничать с инженерами для превращения видения в поэтапную дорожную карту и милестоны для команд клиентов.
• Устанавливать приоритеты между потребностями клиентов и объяснять решения.
• Определять клиентский опыт от первых переговоров до разворачивания платформы.
• Работать с банковскими и партнёрскими командами для интеграций PSP или банков и масштабировать их между бизнес-единицами Payward.
• Вводить требования комплаенса,Risk и юридические нормы на ранних стадиях roadmap.
• Устанавливать и отслеживать метрики эффективности платформы: время вывода, go-live, доступность и успешность платежей.

Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system. It provides liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities to fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

Задачи:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, including its shared backend and client integration surfaces
• Map requirements across internal clients and evolve the platform’s vision and capabilities to serve more use cases
• Partner with engineering to turn the target vision into a sequenced roadmap with milestones for client teams
• Prioritize competing client needs, make trade-offs visible, and explain decisions
• Shape the client experience from initial conversation to go-live so teams can adopt the platform without extensive support
• Work with banking and partnerships teams to build each new PSP or bank integration once and make it available across Payward businesses
• Bring compliance, risk, and legal requirements across Payward entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap early
• Set and track platform success metrics, including rail launch times, client go-live times, rail availability, and payment success rates

• 5+ Years of product management experience, ideally in a platform, API, or infrastructure role serving internal teams or developers
• Working knowledge of payments, including pay-ins and payouts, PSPs, acquirers, bank rails, and money flows
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to read RFCs, challenge architecture decisions, and write API specifications
• Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
• Clear, structured writing skills for turning complex system designs into actionable documentation
• Ability to manage stakeholders with differing priorities and build alignment without direct authority
