Core Specialty seeks a Product Manager for IT Platforms to lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for our platforms and infrastructure. You’ll drive cloud, security, and monitoring tool initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized work with clear ROI and outcomes.

You’ll manage an 18-month roadmap, align backlog with priorities, and support in-flight delivery by clarifying requirements and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years in product management within Agile environments.
• Experience leading cloud and security initiatives.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Build deep partnerships with business leaders and define measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an 18-month roadmap and a 6+ month ready backlog.
• Lead end-to-end business case development with clear ROI and scope.
• Balance feature delivery with reliability and modernization investments.
• Own requirements clarity, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide progress and roadmap reporting to enable informed decisions.
• Define and track success metrics for delivered outcomes.
• Drive prioritization trade-offs based on value and risk.
• Enforce intake, prioritization, and funding governance.
