Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for IT Platforms in Cincinnati.

You will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for platforms and infrastructure that support our business applications, focusing on cloud infrastructure, security, and monitoring toolsets. You will partner with product management peers and stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized platform initiatives with clear value, scope, and outcomes, while guiding in-flight delivery and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent.
3+ years in product management within Agile environments.
3+ years driving cloud and/or security initiatives.
Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
Experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivity.
Experience in regulated industries (insurance/financial services/healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

Build deep partnerships with business leaders to identify pain points, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
Maintain an 18-month roadmap and a 6+ month ready backlog aligned to priorities and capacity.
Lead end-to-end business case development with ROI, defined scope, and prioritization.
Balance feature delivery with reliability, scalability, modernization.
Own requirements clarity, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives.
Provide clear, consistent progress and roadmap reporting for informed decisions.
Define and track success metrics for delivered outcomes.
Drive prioritization trade-offs based on value, risk, and capacity.
Enforce intake, prioritization, and funding governance to align with portfolio priorities.
