You will own core aspects of the infra platform, shape engineering abstractions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Deep technical product experience across infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling.
• Strong systems intuition for distributed systems, latency, and reliability.
• End-to-end product ownership from 0→1 and through scale.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with engineers and stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the infrastructure platform: Shape abstractions powering agent execution—scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly.
• Own performance, reliability, and scale for real-time workloads with enterprise-grade uptime.
• Design developer primitives and tooling (APIs, SDKs, workflows) for deployment and monitoring.
• Drive system architecture decisions with tradeoffs across consistency, cost, performance, and complexity.
• Enable rapid iteration across the company to accelerate product velocity without sacrificing reliability.
• Work across the full stack of the platform with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
