Responsibilities include shaping infrastructural abstractions, ensuring performance and reliability, and driving system architecture decisions. Candidates should possess deep technical product experience and a track record of leading complex products through development and scale. Qualifications

• Building highly technical products, ideally across infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling.
• Ability to reason about distributed systems, scalability, latency, and reliability from first principles.
• Track record of leading products from 0→1 and through scale, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work deeply with engineers while clearly articulating tradeoffs and decisions across stakeholders.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments, building new systems with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Shape the abstractions that power agent execution for scalability and reliability.
• Define how systems handle real-time workloads and enterprise-grade uptime.
• Build internal and external interfaces (APIs, SDKs) for deployment and monitoring.
• Partner closely with engineering to make tradeoffs across key system design aspects.
• Ensure infrastructure accelerates product velocity and enables swift shipping of features.
