Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Platform Product Management Leader for the Assure Platform within its Insurance Software and BPS business. You will define the platform strategy, own the backlog, and drive roadmaps for services, APIs, integrations, and reusable capabilities across a SaaS environment.

You will lead a team of 4–8 PMs, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape governance while ensuring customer value and market relevance in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical background with platform portfolio management, APIs, integrations, and reusable capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, backlog, and roadmap execution for the Assure Platform, services, architecture, and shared capabilities.
• Define and maintain the platform services portfolio including APIs, integrations, and service-oriented components.
• Oversee UX/UI design system evolution and AI/data services integration.
• Partner with Cloud, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute platform strategy.
