DXC Technology is seeking a Product Manager for Insurance Services to lead the roadmap and delivery of API-driven, microservices-based capabilities that modernize insurers' core operations. You will partner with product leadership, engineering, and customer success to translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive backlog refinement and release planning across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solution Design, Software Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the Insurance Services roadmap, backlog, priorities, and release plans.
• Lead customer discovery and workshops to capture requirements and opportunities.
• Define features, enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements based on customer value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations to ensure roadmap commitments.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, milestones, and recommendations to leadership.
