DXC Technology is seeking a Platform Product Management Leader for the Assure Platform within its ITS Insurance Software and BPS division. You will shape platform strategy, oversee APIs, integrations, shared services, and UX/UI systems while guiding a SaaS portfolio across multiple product lines.

You will lead a team of 4–8 PMs, align with executive goals, monitor KPIs, and drive platform adoption through collaboration with engineering, security, and customer stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including in insurance industry.
• Strong leadership with SaaS platform portfolio experience.
• Experience defining platform strategies, roadmaps, APIs, integrations, and reusable tech capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning, backlog, and roadmap execution for Assure Platform and services.
• Define and maintain platform services portfolio including ecosystem partnerships, APIs, integrations, service-oriented products, and UX/UI design systems.
• Define KPIs and monitor platform and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform strategy, launches, and adoption.
• Manage a team of 4-8 PMs with coaching and development.
