Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director of Platform Product Management to drive strategic product initiatives and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital financial solutions. You will lead requirements, storytelling, and UAT, using Jira Align, Miro, Confluence, and Draw IO to craft customer-centric outcomes and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with significant experience in product management and SDLC in financial services.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, story writing, and UAT in institutional/retail brokerage environments.
• Expertise in Agile story writing, Jira Align, and collaboration tools to deliver high-value digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives with diverse scope and complex business problems, interfacing with end users and stakeholders.
• Delivers mission-critical digital solutions in a rapidly changing financial services landscape.
• Gathers requirements via interviews and sessions; documents detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Develops use cases, workflow diagrams, and mathematical models to aid decision making.
• Collaborates with senior leaders to solve problems and align objectives.
• Governs and improves processes with standard methodologies and risk controls.
