Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Product Management to shape product strategy and drive roadmaps for complex platforms. You will partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, requirements, prioritization, UAT, and data-informed decisions while guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex products or initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong requirements gathering, prioritization, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, UAT, and data validation.
  • Exposure to IBOR/ABOR, portfolio accounting, or security master data.
