Job summary

JPMorgan Private Equity Group seeks a senior product leader to drive execution of digital solutions and operating models that enhance investment, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and reporting processes.

You will support Portfolio Managers with data‑driven client presentations, automate recurring tasks, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements across investment, operations, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, consulting, product management, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with workflow mapping, requirements gathering, and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and co‑manage complex product backlogs.
• Support PEG's technology platform development, execution, and maintenance.
• Drive digital strategy engagements and leadership updates.
• Oversee product design through user interviews and discovery frameworks.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes and ensure UX standards across geographies.
• Automate recurring client deliverables like monthly cash flow & quarterly reconciliations.
• Lead design thinking engagements with internal teams and Investment Management.
• Manage vendor relations and business resource group activities.
• Provide access to analytics on portfolio construction, performance, and liquidity.
