Job summary

Supplied Talent is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Dallas, TX to shape the platform's evolution. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define strategy, write PRDs, prioritize features, and lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality enhancements at scale.

You should have 5+ years in product management within a software company and experience with accounting, billing, or financial workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Product Management role at a software company.
Experience with accounting, billing, payments, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery on new features with business requirements, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Write detailed PRDs covering objectives, data flows, and API requirements; validate with stakeholders.
Break down requirements into Epics and Stories with UI/UX, business logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
Define integration strategies, data contracts, and API design for scalability.
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to deliver robust integrations and ensure data integrity.
Test and validate features before release, covering edge cases.
