Constant Contact is seeking a Principal Platform Product Manager to lead the definition of our core services, with a focus on authentication and billing. This role shapes how customers sign in, choose plans, and how usage turns into revenue, partnering with Billing Infrastructure, Growth Enablement, Security, Finance, and RevOps.

You will steer the move to Stripe Billing, modernize identity, and extend the platform to additional services, while mentoring other PMs and aligning multiple teams

Formación

• 8+ years of Product Management in SaaS, with at least 4 years owning billing, payments or subscription commerce.
• Experience as Staff or Principal on a platform or core service that other product teams build on.
• Strong knowledge of billing, payments, subscriptions and related workflows.
• Familiarity with identity platforms and SSO concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and multi-year roadmap for core services like billing and identity.
• Own billing and payments strategy including plans, invoicing, and refunds.
• Lead the move to Stripe and manage phasing, testing and rollback.
• Simplify and speed up pricing changes and plan launches.
• Set direction for sign-in, SSO and account access.
• Define the billing data model and source of truth across systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Support and Sales on billing and identity.
• Mentor other product managers and raise the bar across teams.
