Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to define core services across the product portfolio, starting with billing and identity. You will own the billing and payments strategy, including subscriptions, pricing, and migration to Stripe, while governing identity and authentication models.

We expect 8+ years in SaaS product management, with 4+ years in billing/payments, and fluency in Stripe/Zuora/Chargebee.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management in SaaS, with 4+ years owning billing or payments.
• Fluent in billing systems like Stripe, Zuora, or Chargebee, and conversant in identity and authentication.
• Technically credible: can read API specs, write SQL, and engage confidently on estimates and design.
