Job summary

Anthropic is seeking product engineers to build internal products at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. You’ll own outcomes, collaborate with users, and create abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.

You will design, prototype, and ship full‑stack features, while guiding product decisions and iterating based on feedback. A strong track record of shipping independently in production software is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software experience.
• Full-stack capability with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to ship independently and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Identify patterns in user requests and abstract them into platforms or middleware.
• Build tools that empower less-technical users and enhance autonomy.
• Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback to improve user experience.
• Learn new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves.
