Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications in startup or startup-like environments.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrates a hacker mentality with high agency and bias toward shipping.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype full-stack applications that showcase AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate model capabilities into intuitive UX.
• Run structured experiments to test hypotheses and guide prototypes toward product teams.
• Provide feedback to research teams about model effectiveness and areas for improvement.
