Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping web products with full-stack capabilities.
• Strong front-end craft: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, CSS with good UI/interaction design.
• Back-end and data pipeline experience: Python, API design, analytics infrastructure.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative interaction designs and high-quality implementations.
• Track record of independently driving features from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Ship features that explore new interaction paradigms and ship them to production.
• Architect end-to-end prototypes (front-end and back-end) to test new interaction patterns.
• Define technical direction for the team and establish reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to influence Anthropic's broader product strategy.
• Document and share work through clear writing, prototypes, and presentations.
