Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for third‑party platforms and onboarding processes.
• Assist customers and sales teams with basic platform questions and user setup.
• Update pricing files, shopping lists, user lists, and catalogs; perform data entry and audits.
• Update dashboards and monthly reporting; maintain training calendars and materials.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions; prepare attendee lists and documentation.
• Support projects, process improvements, and implementation tasks as assigned.
