Job summary

Flock is seeking a senior technical product manager to own end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third‑party systems. You will shape data governance and build intuitive search and investigative experiences for public safety agencies.

You will partner with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and external partners to deliver scalable data pipelines, governance gates, and self‑serve integration models, accelerating deployments and reducing

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience driving technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.
• Deep technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
• Practical experience working with large-scale, multi-source data systems requiring normalization, auditability, and complex permission models.
• Capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.
• Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems using automation and intelligent workflows.
• Establish data modeling, governance, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream data usability.
• Architect intuitive search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that help officers, analysts, and command staff move from questions to action faster.
• Direct cross-functional platform initiatives alongside Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities.
• Optimize onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce customer setup friction and eliminate manual data validation bottlenecks.
