Job summary

Flock Safety is seeking a Product Manager for cloud video who will own the end-to-end roadmap, from onboarding to live viewing and search, across native hardware, cloud, and integrations. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to ship video products from scoping to launch.

You will translate customer feedback and telemetry into clear priorities, define benchmarks, and measure user engagement to drive scalable, reliable cloud video platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product management experience building SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Ability to lead technical product initiatives across customer-facing web apps and backend systems.
• Fluency with cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable infrastructure for tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for end-to-end cloud video workflows, from onboarding to search.
• Lead strategy for the cloud video platform and third-party integrations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success to ship video products.
• Conduct customer discovery to translate insights into prioritized requirements.
• Establish platform benchmarks and metrics to evaluate video system performance and engagement.
