Job summary

PowerPlan, Inc. seeks a senior product leader to own Data Hub and guide the platform's data strategy within the NXT initiative.

You will embed with the Scrum team, building a long-range roadmap for data infrastructure, APIs, adapters, and reporting while aligning with AI-driven use cases and security requirements. You will collaborate daily with Development Leads, Architects, Design, Cloud, and Services/Operations to shape data access, optimize platform capabilities, and drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise software product management.
• Experience owning Data Hub or comparable core data infrastructure.
• Hands-on data tooling with Databricks and modern data architecture.
• Experience positioning data for AI-driven and ML use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Hub roadmap and platform optimization.
• Define shared platform capabilities (APIs, adapters, reporting, security).
• Shape data access strategy and AI readiness across products.
