Job summary

PowerPlan, Inc. is transforming its core platform to the cloud and building a shared data foundation. This role leads Data Hub, shaping data access and AI readiness across NXT, while embedding with the Scrum team to deliver platform capabilities and APIs.

You will drive the long-term data strategy, own the technical direction of Data Hub, and collaborate with Development, Cloud, Architecture, Design, and Services teams to scale the platform for AI-driven use cases.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise software product management experience.
• Proven ownership of Data Hub or core data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data architecture.
• Ability to position data for AI-driven use cases.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design and ops.
• Experience defining platform APIs, adapters, reporting, and security layers.
• Comfort operating in a Scrum framework with daily standups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Hub roadmap and prioritize platform investments.
• Collaborate with Development, Cloud, Architecture to scale data layer.
• Embed with Scrum team and participate in ceremonies.
• Field customer calls during discovery and handle escalations.
• Define requirements for shared platform capabilities (APIs, adapters, reporting, security).
• Shape data exposure for AI-driven use cases.
