Job summary

Figma is seeking a deeply technical Product Manager to own the developer platform, including MCP Server, REST APIs, and first‑party integrations such as Figma for Slack and AI surfaces. This full‑time role can be based in US hubs or remote within the United States.

You will define strategy for platform areas, partner with engineering leads, and work with customers and partners to set platform commitments that enable other product teams to ship faster and more effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with highly technical products.
• Proven experience shipping developer tools/infrastructure or AI-powered systems.
• Demonstrated metrics-driven impact and measurable quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for one or more parts of the developer platform (MCP Server, REST APIs).
• Shape roadmaps and make architecture/UX decisions with engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and vendors to distill learnings into platform commitments.
• Elevate standards for technical PMs by surfacing cross-cutting problems and guiding peers.
