Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Product Manager on the Core Platform team to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the infrastructure behind our global legal AI platform. You will shape how trillions of tokens and millions of daily requests are processed, balancing customer needs with technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms in production.
• Experience owning complex, technical products end to end, including platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems and deep customer needs into clear strategy, crisp requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and ability to align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a core area of the Harvey platform.
• Work with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
• Own infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping; communicate prioritization decisions.
• Define metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to them.
• Serve as connective tissue across functions, incorporating customer feedback and market dynamics into direction.
• Architect multi-region deployment strategies and observability infrastructure.
