Candid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee its core platform. This foundational role is crucial in managing features across products including SaaS and APIs, ensuring technology is scalable and reliable.

The candidate will work closely with the Senior Director of Product Management, leading architecture decisions, product roadmaps, and driving the adoption of AI solutions. They are expected to facilitate cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and data insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex, data-driven SaaS products.
• Deep familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience with B2B subscription products and payment processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own core global platform features and services across the Candid product catalog.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs for core platform features.
• Lead platform architecture decisions in partnership with engineering.
