Job summary

Midstream is seeking a Platform Product Manager to shape the data infrastructure and AI-native capabilities powering its back-office platforms for healthcare providers. You will own the platform strategy, define data connectivity across contracts, vendors, and spend, and drive AI agent capabilities across multiple product domains.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Research to build scalable, secure, and compliant data foundations, enabling faster, more reliable product delivery at scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise analytics, data platforms, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, including ingestion, modeling, APIs, and multi-tenant systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and integrating LLMs in production environments.
• Emphasis on data quality, trust, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in enterprise platforms.
• Strategic, first-principles thinker who can balance platform scope with product needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap for the shared platform across products and domains.
• Partner with Engineering to shape data ingestion, reconciliation, modeling, and connectivity across systems.
• Define how AI agents and shared capabilities are built, evaluated, and scaled.
• Establish standards for data quality, observability, and governance across the platform.
• Collaborate with PMs to accelerate development and onboard new health-system data sources.
