BackOps is building the AI resolution layer for companies that move physical goods, and is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agent Platform, to own the core platform that powers Relay across ERP, email, PDFs, and other systems.

You'll define strategy, roadmaps, and reusable abstractions that accelerate deployments, enable thousands of concurrent resolutions, and improve reliability at scale, partnering with engineers, customers, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Have 6+ years of relevant experience across product management, engineering, founding, or similarly technical product-building roles, with meaningful ownership at the Senior or Staff level.
• Built platform, infrastructure, API, integration, workflow, developer, or similar technical products used in production.
• Exceptional technical fluency. You can discuss architecture, APIs, distributed systems, state, data models, reliability, and tradeoffs.
• Turn ambiguous or customer-specific problems into simple, reusable product abstractions.
• Customer obsession and close collaboration with customers to drive value.
• Experience operating in a high-growth environment where architecture evolves while shipping.
• Ability to move between long-term platform strategy and detailed product decisions.
• Maintain an unusually high bar for product quality while moving with urgency.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy/roadmap for core platform to connect, reason, execute, recover, and scale across enterprise environments.
• Define integrations, connectors, APIs, webhooks, and data movement.
• Define identity, credentials, permissions, and access controls.
• Define agent tooling, configuration, and extensibility.
• Define execution state, retries, recovery, and exception handling.
• Define observability, auditability, and production monitoring.
• Define testing and evaluation infrastructure.
• Define internal and external developer tooling.
• Define enterprise security, governance, and deployment controls.
• Turn deployments into reusable capabilities by identifying abstractions.
• Work with engineers, GTM, and customers to generalize patterns.
• Answer questions about core platform vs customer-specific implementations.
