Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, or developer relations.
• Proven success structuring and negotiating complex commercial and technical deals.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle partnerships, from identifying and prioritizing partners to negotiating terms, closing complex agreements, and driving partner success.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape connectors, agents, and third-party workflows inside ChatGPT and Codex.
• Develop ecosystem relationships to drive engagement across distribution, co-marketing, and product innovation.
• Translate partner needs and market dynamics into programs, prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
