Apple Music is seeking a Program Manager to join the Platform Optimization team in Culver City, CA. You will drive the optimization of global content and business strategy by coordinating cross-functional teams and music industry partners to deliver insights and engage users.

The role emphasizes program planning, data analysis, reporting, and tool development. You will present findings clearly to stakeholders and help shape the future of Apple Music’s content experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of program management or equivalent experience.
Experience in the music or entertainment industry.
Experience collaborating with data science, product, and engineering teams.
Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau).
Strong skills with Python, R, SQL; data analysis experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management & Execution: define scope, timelines, deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Data Analysis & Insights: lead research to optimize Apple Music performance and engagement.
Performance Reporting: develop and deliver regular stakeholder reports with insights.
Communication & Collaboration: present findings clearly and maintain alignment with priorities.
Data Tool Development: lead development of data tools with phased launch and training.
