Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology experience across marketing technology and platform operations.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering or platform operations teams.
• Experience running platform operations and delivering configuration, automation and integration work in an agile/product-centric environment.
• Track record building and scaling small to mid-size teams, including in-house and vendor talent.
• Strong partnership experience with Marketing, Creative/Brand operations and platform teams.
• Hands-on expertise with the Adobe marketing/creative-AI ecosystem: Workfront, Fusion, Firefly DI and Firefly Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing platform operations and development teams with accountability for platform health and delivery.
• Own day-to-day operations of Workfront, Fusion, Firefly Design Intelligence and Firefly Foundry platforms, ensuring availability and governance.
• Manage licensing, access, and platform administration with secure configuration across teams and regions.
• Champion responsible use of generative AI for creative and content operations and establish guardrails.
• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of platforms, including integrations and automation.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative/Brand and operations teams to translate needs into reliable platform capabilities.
