Job summary
Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure – ServiceOps in Charlotte to lead platform strategy, governance, and automation initiatives. You will manage a team delivering scalable, secure enterprise solutions including ServiceNow, DevOps, and AI-enabled tooling, aligning technology with business value.
The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a track record of delivering digital transformation in complex environments.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in IT infrastructure and service operations with leadership experience.
- 5-7 years configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Flow Designer).
- Experience leading DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a ServiceOps team for platform administration, automation, and integrations.
- Define strategy, roadmaps, governance, and platform optimization.
- Oversee ServiceNow capabilities and platform governance.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency and UX.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation and transformation opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
