Absolute Business Solutions Corp is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to join a high‑impact team. The role focuses on a modern tech stack supporting the DOMEX Technology Platform, with on-site work in Bethesda, MD and some remote tasks.

Strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and cross‑functional coordination. You will work with Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and cloud services, requiring TS/SCI clearance and a polygraph.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, CS, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• At least one DoD 8570.01 M IAT Level II+ certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, SSCP, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of a full stack, containerized microservices platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and system admins.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs; participate in SAFe Agile release planning and scrums.
