The Opportunity

The Platform Operations Analyst manages and supports payment processing projects by executing technical tasks, quality checks, and client consultations. The role involves entering data into vendor and internal applications, validating quality, leading project phases, and coordinating operational implementations.

Day in the Life

• Coordinate with clients on requirements, define specifications, and plan tasks.
• Analyze change requests, manage expectations, and assess impact.
• Ensure quality change management and report on status.
• Identify issues, assist with resolution, and provide technical support.
• Support post-implementation activities and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify process improvements and maintain knowledge of Velera solutions and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in payment processing industry and business/system analysis.
• Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and related processes.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay: $60,500 - $77,100, adjusted based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k, HSA, FSA, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
