Responsibilities

• Own integrated cross-functional commercialization timelines for multiple global launches.
• Lead governance and stage gates from concept to readiness.
• Manage launch risks, decisions, and communications across Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and regional teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Packaging, Regulatory and regional teams to align launch execution.
• Partner with Supply Planning to ensure capacity, lead times, and localization support launch readiness.
• Provide ongoing portfolio visibility and escalation of issues affecting timelines and budgets.
