Job summary

Verition is seeking motivated students for its 10-week Summer Internship Program. You’ll join a platform team—from Data to Finance, Operations, Risk, Technology, Treasury, HR, Marketing, or Business Development—contributing to real, high-impact work and learning how a global hedge fund operates.

You’ll partner with interns on cross-functional projects, leverage AI tools, and present to senior leaders by the end of the summer. Mentors and developmental events accompany hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Interest in hedge funds/financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Join one platform team (Data, Finance, Operations, Risk, Tech, HR, Marketing, or Business Development) and contribute to impactful project work.
• Support automation, real-time dashboards, and workflow improvements for investment teams.
• Participate in strategic projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
• Leverage AI tools to deliver meaningful work from day one.
• Present findings and ideas to mentors and senior leaders during the program.
