Job summary

iCapital Network, Inc. is seeking a capable professional in New York to lead client integrations on the Implementation Specialists team.

You will manage small to mid-size projects, coordinate with product and operations, and ensure a smooth platform experience for existing clients. The role requires extensive project management experience in financial services or fintech, strong writing ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations or related roles within financial services/fintech.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams from inception to execution.
• Familiar with software-based financial solutions and data integrations.
• Excellent writing and ability to produce detailed requirements and specifications.
• Advanced MS Office skills and data analytics capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all aspects of wealth manager and asset management integrations including project management, discovery, design, data integrations, platform set-up, testing and rollout.
• Provide program and project management expertise and drive detailed project plans and risk management.
• Implement client requirements via white label setup and platform configurations.
• Manage platform experience for existing strategic clients to maximize consumption.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify gaps and roll out new features.
