Job summary

Jobtailor in Quincy, MA seeks an experienced Infrastructure Leader to own virtualization, private cloud, OS and middleware strategy. You will guide a team delivering secure, scalable platforms and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity.

Lead governance of VMware and private cloud environments while driving modernization and lifecycle improvements across all infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms.
3+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure teams.
Strong expertise with VMware, vSphere, Private Cloud Platforms, Linux, Windows Server, AIX, Enterprise Middleware Technologies, Infrastructure Automation and Monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, governance, administration, and support of virtualization, private cloud, operating system, and middleware environments.
Oversee a team delivering secure, scalable infrastructure platforms.
Drive platform modernization, operational excellence, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity.
Own governance and operational oversight of VMware and private cloud environments.
