Job summary

Quanterix is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer in Billerica, MA to lead enterprise cloud and infrastructure services. You’ll translate requirements into scalable, automated solutions with emphasis on high availability, capacity, monitoring, and security.

The role spans multiple projects and requires self‑direction and collaboration with IT teams. You will work on establishing enterprise capabilities, hosting solutions, SLAs, and operational procedures, while mentoring teammates and driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
10+ years of IT experience in an enterprise operational environment with Windows server maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, deployment, and migration.
5+ years of experience with Active Directory, VMware, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure resources.

Responsibilities

Apply practical knowledge across a broad range of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
Own all phases of solution delivery lifecycle from requirements to support.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of mission‑critical resources.
Develop and maintain automation/scripts for operational reliability.
Mentor team members and drive security and patch management programs.
