Job summary

Toyota Information Technology—OneTech Digital Products is seeking an Infrastructure/Platform Engineer to lead platform and infrastructure initiatives at TBMNC in Liberty, NC.

You will provide technical leadership, manage a third-party integration team, and ensure scalable, secure systems across supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate services. Strong SQL, Postgres, Nutanix, Siemens OpCenter experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering or enterprise IT
• Strong SQL skills including query tuning and data analysis
• Experience with Siemens OpCenter, MES/MOM or related manufacturing platforms
• Experience integrating enterprise apps and data across systems
• Knowledge of availability, resiliency, logging, monitoring and incident response
• Familiarity with Jira and Git for Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy infrastructure and platform solutions for internal customers
• Own and maintain platform components for reliability and performance
• Support integration patterns between enterprise systems and databases
• Write and optimize SQL queries and database integrations
• Monitor platform performance and reduce latency across data flows
• Troubleshoot platform and data issues and implement permanent fixes
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational issues
• Develop technical documentation for infrastructure and integrations
• Align TBMNC platform initiatives with TMNA standards
• Deploy and optimize manufacturing platforms including MES and MOM
• Develop production reporting, KPI dashboards and automated reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and observability
• Work in multinational environment with production processes and manufacturing software
