Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Principal Engineer I - Technology Product Management to lead logistics application development at TBMNC and to translate business needs into product strategy. This role reports to the Manager and resides within commuting distance of Liberty, NC.

You will own requirements, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery, driving automation, KPI analysis, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and product backlogs.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into product strategy and digital solutions.
• Own requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmap, backlog prioritization.
• Lead logistics application development from requirements to deployment and production readiness.
• Drive optimization of logistics processes via automation and KPI analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams; communicate status and priorities.
