Job summary

Everforth Apex is hiring a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design and deliver scalable AWS-based platform tooling within a hybrid environment. You will build infrastructure as code, drive self-service capabilities, and shape secure, auditable cloud services for internal technology teams in a regulated setting.

The role emphasizes automation, security-by-design, and continuous improvement across reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Qualifications

5+ years as Cloud Automation Engineer or equivalent.
Strong experience writing Terraform configurations and modules, incl. Terraform Enterprise.
Proven ability in enterprise-scale environments with highly available IaaS/PaaS solutions.
Experience with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code.
Knowledge of AWS and Well-Architected Framework.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Terraform to provision AWS services at scale.
Develop and maintain a self-service AWS platform with standardized patterns.
Create and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and security validations.
Embed security-by-design, IAM best practices, encryption, and secure networking.
Contribute to governance, guardrails, and regulatory compliance for infrastructure.
