Job summary

Neural Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Platform team responsible for AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters supporting AI capabilities. You will help maintain a secure foundation for AI services and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience with a technical degree, or 7 years without. Location is Columbia, MD with TS/SCI clearance expected for sensitive workloads. Salary range is competitive.

Qualifications

• 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or 7 additional years without the degree.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting AI capabilities (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for deployments.
• Configure observability tooling to monitor production services.
• Support certificate management and security best practices for AI systems.
• Collaborate with teams to provision infrastructure dependencies.
• Diagnose and assist in resolving production infrastructure issues.
