Parametric, part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, invites motivated undergraduates to join a 10-week internship in Seattle. The role focuses on platform maintenance, CRM, BI tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work model.

You'll support the Platform Implementation Team, work with Salesforce, Tableau, Seismic, and Workfront, contribute to capstone project, and develop professional skills through sessions and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with strong academic record and interest in financial services.
• Attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Seismic or Workfront is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn the firm's structure and procedures in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs system maintenance across platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Seismic and Workfront) with a focus on administration best practices and end-user experience.
• Support Platform Implementation team in executing key projects and provide internal reporting and notes as requested.
• Assist in managing support tickets and completing recurring maintenance tasks.
• Maintains procedures and day-to-day process documents and creates new ones as projects progress.
• Participates in broader Platform Implementation projects as needed.
