The Intern's primary project will involve the comprehensive review of all Parametric investment profiles published to the various consultant databases. Responsibilities will also include providing support to the Data team by working on ad hoc projects that support the team's ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and the intern will be involved in a wide variety of duties related to data, generating reports and other tasks relating to specific accounts and strategies. Job Requirements Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
The Parametric internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience in financial services. Unlike many programs where interns spend the summer observing, you'll contribute to real projects, collaborate with professionals across the firm, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Throughout the 10‑week program, interns participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and professional development events while building connections with peers and colleagues across Parametric and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
A key component of the internship is a capstone project, where interns work individually or in teams to apply what they've learned and present their work to business leaders at the end of the summer.
